Time to train....it's been awhile

Oooooooo...back on the trainer. It's been a few months (6) since I have really done any training at all. Maybe a few hikes and some interval work with a snow shovel. I swore to get back on the bike for Jan 1 but a nasty sinus thing and 10 days of antibiotics has me just getting going. It's true, I have had a few too many quarter pounders...it that how much they weight or how much you gain? Anyhow there I was back on the bike, in the house..TRAINING! I'm back baby. Of course I felt like shit, I could barely get my furry legs to turn the pedals over smoothly. BUT it's a start and here we go....

Dude, you're too much! You definitely need to switch from quarter pounders to bean sprouts and tofu.

And figure out how to turn the moderator status off for comments or no one will see them since I'm sure you'll never be on to approve them.
 
Holy Shit! That's the funniest thing I've seen in a while. I chose to go skiing today instead of riding the trainer like Ted. Got a good workout in. I thought the conditions in the afternoon were really good at WT
