OK...it's REALLY time to start training now!

Looks like the calendar is finally up on the NEBRA site. www.ne-bra.org

When Ted hits his peak in late May, looks like he can easily take 3 or 4 crits in a row. What the heck is up with the weekend of 7/15? Poughkeepsie and Tokeneke and Union Vale?

More Training News

Unlike Ted, I am not taking the winter very seriously. I am well-recovered however, but my blood pressure is a little high from recent high salt intake. I am switching to "on the rocks, no salt" soon, and by Fitchburg, I should be back to plain water only.

Time to train....it's been awhile

Oooooooo...back on the trainer. It's been a few months (6) since I have really done any training at all. Maybe a few hikes and some interval work with a snow shovel. I swore to get back on the bike for Jan 1 but a nasty sinus thing and 10 days of antibiotics has me just getting going. It's true, I have had a few too many quarter pounders...it that how much they weight or how much you gain? Anyhow there I was back on the bike, in the house..TRAINING! I'm back baby. Of course I felt like shit, I could barely get my furry legs to turn the pedals over smoothly. BUT it's a start and here we go....
