More Training News
Unlike Ted, I am not taking the winter very seriously. I am well-recovered however, but my blood pressure is a little high from recent high salt intake. I am switching to "on the rocks, no salt" soon, and by Fitchburg, I should be back to plain water only.

Sorry, I watched the Muppet show a whole lot as a kid. The whole bald head, glasses, mad scientist look brought on a flashback of the "muppet Labs" sketches with Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and his assistant Beaker...
